Precise machining tolerances (TIR of .002") ensure vibration-free operation and easy alignment. Premium Magnaloy couplings feature heat-treated magnesium alloy castings for the highest strength-to-weight ratio. Standard single set-screws can be supplemented with optional double set-screws at 45° or 90° to the keyway, improving shaft gripping forces. Specify DSS45 or DSS90 after the hub part number for these. The clamp feature is available with bored and keyed hubs, indicated by 'C' following the hub part number.
