With a speed setting operating at 70-CFM at 2.0-Sones, the AKF703 is suitable for bathrooms up to 65-square feet and other rooms up to 85-square feet. This exhaust fan's motor is suitable for continuous operation with low sound levels and provides energy efficient local exhaust for bathrooms. The AKF703 comes complete with an plastic collar for 4-inch duct connection and a back draft damper for quiet operation. The dual 18-watt high efficiency lamp makes this exhaust fan double as an attractive lighting fixture with a decorative moonstone glass light lens evenly disperses light into the room. This exhaust fan is HVI-certified and UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit and requires a simple installation process with the included adjustable hanging brackets. The AKF703 measures 8-inches by 6-7/8-inches by 5-1/2-inches and features a heavy gauge steel construction with a white finish.
