Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip and to prevent accidents in the kitchen.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
