The Air Norton™ was originally simply the Airbucker™ version of the Norton®. We thought he would be a distinctively-sounding bridge pickup for high gain amplifiers, but we soon discovered that he is also a radically neat neck pickup. The tone is deep and warm, but not mushy. It is hot but not distorted. It even has cool overtones, which is really unusual for a neck humbucker. The patented Air Norton™ magnetic structure reduces string pull, improving sustain and pick attack and dynamics are hugely controllable and expressive.
