A lash rope is used for lashing a top load onto a pack saddle. At Outfitters Supply our lash rope is constructed using 50 feet of 1/2" diameter Better Than Manilla (BTM) rope, with a traditional loop braided in one end and a back braid on the other. Better Than Manilla (BTM) rope is water resistant and will not absorb water and freeze in inclement weather. Additionally, this rope has a less coarse surface than a natural fiber rope which equates to more strength and comfort for the user. We recommend using this lash rope alongside the Outfitters Supply Lash Cinch, part number WPA 102 (sold separately).
